At that point we can share the full agendas with you. Possibly you will want us to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement with you at this stage.
Once we have discussed your requirements with you, we would send you a formal offer stating exactly what we agree to deliver to you, and incorporating our Terms of Business and a form for acceptance.
Upon receipt of the acceptance, we then have a contract to work together.
